I watched last night's total lunar eclipse with some friends over in Nassau Bay Park. Before the eclipse started, I got the above night shot of our viewing location. I'm not really familiar with the shutter/aperture combinations that are appropriate for night shooting, so I was just screwing around with everything! Once the eclipse started, it darkened the moon enough to require a slow shutter speed. Despite the tripod, the fairly strong and very persistant breeze was enough to blow the camera around and blur all of my totality shots. I was pretty disappointed, but I did get two shots: this one and Eclipse I.
