Yesterday I was sitting at home totally minding my own business and waiting for my sweet potatoes to finish cooking for Thanksgiving. I casually glanced out the window, and then did a double take, and then gasped out loud and ran for my camera, because:

OH MY GOD THERE WAS TOTALLY A 10-FOOT ALLIGATOR SITTING ON THE EDGE OF THE BAYOU ACROSS FROM MY APARTMENT!!
