I was playing around on my balcony last Thursday when the mowers came by for the last time this season. (Yes, grass needs mowing even in November in Houston.) Mowing the grass by the bayou turned out to be more involved than I expected -- first they came by with tractors, then with riding mowers, then with edgers. It took them the entire day.
