This is the top of the Kessler Campanile at Georgia Tech, better known simply as "The Shaft." I'll leave the connotation up to you... With it's very pointy tips, I always pictured this being used as a prop in some action movie, you know, where the bad guy falls out of the helicoptor and gets impaled on The Shaft. After a bad test, the "bad guy" was usually my professor.
