This SR-71 greets you at the new hangar of the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC. The hangar was built at Dulles Airport to provide space for all the planes the museum didn't have room for at the main building on the Mall, and it is awesome. It houses the space shuttle Enterprise (built for approach and landing tests in the late 1970s), a Concorde, the Enola Gay, and this SR-71 along with a ton of other cool stuff. (Normal color version of the photo is here).
